If you can’t make your appointment, then we need to have time to open that spot for another client so we can let the good times roll!

Card to Book.

The system requires a card to book your appointment.

1. Card is NOT charged in advance.
2. Click “Pay In Person” to pay with your preferred method at the shop.
3. Tip amount is optional, not required. You can tip after the service.

24 Hours to CHANGE or CANCEL.

Life gets in the way sometimes. We get it.

Easily change or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to avoid the Cancellation Fees. Or call and leave a message at the location.

It’s Easy to CHANGE or CANCEL an Appointment online:

1. Location: Powell or Westerville
2. “Sign In” in the top, right-hand corner. Then click on your name in the top, right-hand corner and select “Appointments” and click on the “Upcoming Appointments” tab.
3. Click on “Reschedule” or “Cancel” and follow the prompts.

Cancellation Fees.

The full price of your booked appointment will be charged to your credit card if you:

1. Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.
2. No Call/No Show 10 minutes past your appointment time.
